A person can only enjoy life fully when he or she is healthy and fit. To maintain a good health there are various factors that come into play. One of the major factor is the internal immunity if the body. Immunity stands for the condition of the body being able to resist particular disease especially through preventing development of pathogenic microorganisms on by counteracting the effects of its products
One needs to have a strong immunity in order to protect ones from various diseases. Talking about the present scenario having a strong immunity is very important as we know that the world is engulfed by this huge pandemic of Corona Virus and since then everything has come to halt. A large number of populations have been affected by this corona virus and a lot of people have lost their lives.
At the mean time we can see that a lot of people are recovering from this deadly disease. So the question now is what is it that helped a certain number of people with that virus and the disease? It's their internal immunity.
It has been observed that the people with strong immunity were able to
recover fast and has fewer symptoms. In this modern world where there is
adulteration in food, pollution in air and water, one need to work hard
to keep oneself fit and healthy. The fitness of the body will ensure a
strong immunity. To keep one’s body fit, one need to give their major
attention in two parts -:
1. on their diet
2. Exercise and physical work
Balanced diet provides all the essential nutrients that our body needs
to function properly. One can also take supplements with their food to
boost their immunity like
Amla juice, Aloevera Juice, Tulsi leaves, green tea etc.



Talking about physical work and exercise it boosts the immunity and help stay the body in fit condition. Yoga is one form of physical exercise that is very essential. Asanas like Pranayam, Kapal bharti and anulom vilom have been proven of many benefits, not only physically but also mentally like increasing the circulation of blood in body, improved digestion and increases concentration.
In the modern times when the world is more connected than ever. When we
are living in this fast paced global village, we are highly exposes to
many deadly diseases and viruses. It is impossible for us to always
dodge such things, so what we can do is to develop out immunity by
staying fit, taking care if our health, eating balanced diet and proper
sleep.
