Amid this pandemic, the educational institutes have turned towards online teaching methods. Colleges and schools are conducting classes online. The online teaching is quite different from the conventional classroom teaching. Firstly, where for conducting offline classes a venue needs to be arranged while this is not a case in online mode.

Positive points of online classes:

In online classes the number of student attending the class does not affect it where is in offline mode the class should be able to accommodate the number of participants. While in offline classes The Other factors that affect it is transportation time accessibility where as online classes can be conducted without such problem, the participant just need to login and they will get connected to the class.

Why offline classes are more effective:

Talking about the perks of offline classes many student are of the idea that they are more attentive in the classroom based teaching rather than the online mode and hence grasps more in the offline mode. There is more of student teacher interaction and student - student interaction in offline mode and insure attention. The offline mode promotes the skill development like arriving class on time, being disciplined in class, maintaining the decorum of the class whereas online teaching is more if casual form and the peer interaction is less.

Why every student can’t access online class:

Talking about online classes one of the major problem with it is that one need good mobile phone and good internet connection to attend online classes. In a developing country like India where a considerable numbers of population lives below the poverty line it is hard for them to afford a good phone and an internet connection. There are many far flung areas that face a lot of problem of connectivity so students are not able to attend their classes. Due to this they lack knowledge and lose their opportunities.

What government could do:

Government should think about it and make sure that internet connectivity is everywhere throughout the India so that students can attend their class properly and on time as they are only the future of the country.
