These line ware said by one of the greatest brain of India Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam also known as missile man of India.

When we study in school and college we always hear the word backbenchers and create an image of student who is mischievous, not so good at studies and break the rules of organizations but this is wrong image and it is created by those student who don’t want study or if I say more appropriate they don’t want to develop life skills.

they occupy backbench just for fun, teasing others, doing mischievous activities. They don't care about anyone, live in their own world and don't have a good nature. They just always want to become centre of attraction and for this they do notorious things like teasing others, call other by different names which they don't like. These types of students regularly get punishment but they do not change their behavior and continue with their bad behavior. These types of students are blot for future of country because they are not developing any skill to live good life and these types of student only defame backbenchers.

Now let’s talk about those students who sits in first row in schools and collages they are suppose to be very laborious. Always follow the rules and good in studies also but hold on think for a moment and recall in your mind maximum time when you ask for help, ask notes or any personal belonging from a student who sits at the first, they don't want to give it to someone other than their friends.

That rise question in my mind. Are they really front row student? I think they are same like those who call themselves as backbenchers but don’t have social skill the only difference they have that is they are good in studies. Now after reading this you might have been confused if those student who sits in last row are not backbenchers and also not front row students are backbenchers then about whom Kalam sir was talking about who are the backbenchers? According to kalam sir for whom he said this golden words “The best brain of the nation may be found on the last benches of the classroom” let’s try to know the answer of this questions

Yes, backbenchers are mischievous, they are not good in studies but all are not backbencher in their life. They may not be good at studies but they are good in moral values, they have kind and loving nature towards others, towards nature, towards animals.they are always ready to help if we ask they do casually or if we ask for something from backbenchers they will give you in fact sometimes forget to take it back. Ok, that's different thing, but they are kind hearted to everyone and share their things with everyone.

This shows their social skills which make them good human being and one thing more that’s true they are not good in academics but doesn’t mean they don’t have knowledge or they don’t have skills because backbenchers do read books and develop those skills which is going to help them in future to live successful life style because one thing is clear that If you have good marks in report card that’s good but that doesn’t mean you will be success on other hand if have developed a good skill defiantly you will be successful life for example

Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg are famous personality in the field of business. One is the owner of Microsoft and other is the owner of Facebook, both college dropout and backbenchers too. Some finest brains due to which their company are placed in the list of leading companies throughout the world. I am giving their example that they were college dropout that doesn’t mean they were not good in studies or they don’t read books listen dude they were Harvard college dropout ,not from jhingalala hululu college and they also developed programming skills one thing more they are success now but still they read books daily that means taking a tag of backbenchers doesn’t mean run from responsibility and you got licence of doing unsocial activity.

So far I told you about what was the Kalam sir’s thinking about backbenchers now let’s try to know why we are not getting ideal backbencher As told in previous article, that education system of India is mostly memory based, which is not good for student because it will not help students to develop their social skills like, how to behave with people of different age groups or what immediate actions should be taken while emergency. No social skill development class is conducted in school; just exams are held on memory based questions. Those who are good are learning score more marks and those who are weak score less marks.

On the basis of these marks students are categorized as topper, mediocre and backbenchers. I don't know how to change the thinking of people that who is topper in class is not necessary that he/she will be a topper in their life. Yes, they have a good memorizing power but will this make them successful in their life? The answer is 'NO' the thing which will help the to be successful in their life will be their attitude towards other people, their communication skill, their social skills. This is also necessary along with studies to become successful.

This must be realized by our society because those student who are weak in study start making excuses and for this they use this quits We have seen many student saying that a “single sheet of paper can not decide my future” after scoring less marks in their exam, but the thing is this lines only applies to those students who really work hard and good in different kind of skills not for those student who are fake backbenchers don’t have any skill and also not good in studies and if you are fake backbenchers then and keep saying the line quoted above then you are actually ruining your future.

Some backbenchers who are not good in studies and don’t have any special skill think that they will start their own business and will earn their living. Suppose you are not studying and you score bad at language, this will become your weakness and then how will you communicate with your clients without having a proper communication skills. ? How will you explain about your future plans to them? How will you explain the pros and cons of the product you want to sell? Will it be possible without proper communication skills? And many student think they will be become political leaders but hold on dude to become a leader you have to be good orator the conclusion of whole thing is that being a backbencher is good as kalam sir said that lines are 100% true but is that applied to those student who don’t have skills ?or those student who are only good in studies ?The answer is ' NO '. So, drop the notion that being backbencher mean only fun and not studying or doing unsocial activities and think on how you will focus on studies. Think upon changing your plan towards studies and how to focus on developing proper skills to become ideal backbencher. This will help you to become successful in lBackbencher with good moral and skillife.
